Vincent Kadar
Vincent is a seasoned leader driving the growth of Polymath, where he oversees the development of an innovative software platform designed to transform capital markets for the next generation. With 25 years of experience in scaling start-ups and leading technology-driven companies, Vincent brings a wealth of expertise in financial software, services, and telecom software.
Before joining Polymath, Vincent served as the CEO of Telepin Software Systems Inc., a fintech company that pioneered a disruptive digital wallet and payments platform, serving both developed and emerging markets globally. Under his leadership, Telepin was acquired by Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU).
Vincent’s career also includes founding and CTO roles at Airwide Solutions, a leader in mobile messaging and security software for the telecoms industry, which was acquired by Mavenir. As a member of the Governing Council of the Polymesh Association, Vincent is also deeply involved in advancing institutional-grade, permissioned blockchain solutions designed specifically for regulated assets.

Natalie Hirsch
Natalie is a financial and operations leader with her last 15 years of experience spent in a variety of fintech, enterprise software, and e-commerce companies. Currently serving as CFO of Polymath, she leverages her expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and scaling operations to drive growth and innovation. Natalie has held leadership roles, including most recently as Interim CEO and COO at AnalytixInsight, where she led corporate strategy, optimized business lines, and oversaw global operations, including sitting on the board of an Italian-based fintech company. A certified CPA and PMP, she combines technical acumen with executive leadership skills to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments. Natalie holds an MBA with honors from the Recanati School of Business in Tel Aviv and a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the Rotman School of Management in Toronto.

Daniel Zborovski
Daniel Zborovski is a highly experienced security governance leader with over 25 years of expertise in managing and mentoring technical, programming, and security teams. Throughout his career, Daniel has led complex security and IT projects for thousands of clients across various industries, including legal, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services.
As CISO, Daniel provides executive-level security leadership and guidance to organizations. With his extensive experience in managing technical teams and implementing security governance frameworks, Daniel is able to tailor his expertise to meet the specific needs of each client. He works closely with executive teams to assess risk, develop security strategies, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
In addition to his technical acumen, Daniel has a unique ability to translate complex technology concepts into non-technical language, making him an invaluable asset to organizations seeking to bridge the communication gap between IT and business leaders.

Brian D. Sawyer
Brian has led successful national and international blockchain-based startups over the past four years, and these deep relationships have given him unique insight into market trends and objectives. He has functioned as an interim C-suite executive within numerous mid-sized companies, gaining broad operational, financial and technical experience. He has done extensive R&D and product design for many Silicon Valley technology firms.
Brian holds a Master’s Degree in both Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.

Melanie leads finance, HR and compliance for Polymath Research. She ensures the organization has best-in-class financial and corporate governance infrastructure to meet the needs of the market and achieve sustainable growth.
Prior to Polymath, Melanie was the CFO of Brane Inc., a technology service provider for digital asset custody. In addition to other senior finance roles, she also served as the CFO of Incognito Software Systems, a global telecom software provider (acquired by Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU). Melanie is also on the boards of Brane Trust Company and Mobio Technologies (TSX-V:MBO).

Joanne is a highly effective marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and executing strategic, integrated marketing plans resulting in maximized demand generation, market awareness, and tangible ROI contribution. She excels in stakeholder consensus building, leading inter-departmental initiatives from high-level business concept to tangible working and system level implementation. Among her many accomplishments, Joanne successfully led and executed an $800,000 web seminar program responsible for having influence on an average of $18 million in business per year. Additionally, she is an experienced program developer, effectively managing dozens of product releases from a marketing perspective.
